At dubaicarpentry.ae, we aim to provide high-quality carpentry services and custom-made furniture. Because many of our products are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, repairs, or refunds may be accepted.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom-Made Furniture

Most of the products offered by dubaicarpentry.ae are custom-made furniture created according to the customer’s selected design, size, materials, and finishes.

For this reason:

  • Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design details, measurements, and materials before production begins.
  • Minor differences in color, texture, or wood grain may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood and materials.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins.
  • If a cancellation request is made after production has started, the advance payment may not be refundable due to material and labor costs already incurred.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact channels.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Customers should provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

After review, our team may offer one of the following solutions:

Repair of the damaged item

  • Replacement of the defective part
  • Replacement of the product (if applicable)
  • Partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not possible

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, repair, or replacement:

  • Contact our support team via email with your order information and issue details.
  • Provide photos or videos of the product showing the problem.
  • Our team will review your request and respond with the appropriate solution.
  • Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period may not qualify for return or refund consideration.

5. Return Shipping

If the product issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or delivery damage, the return, repair, or replacement will be handled by our team.

In cases where a return is approved for reasons not related to manufacturing defects, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Processing may take 14-28 business days after confirmation and inspection of the returned item.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds or returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Custom-made products after production has started
  • Changes of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in materials, finishes, or wood grain
  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or modifications after delivery
