- Once production has started, major design changes may not be possible.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or significantly different from the approved design.
- Customers are responsible for confirming measurements and design approvals before production begins.

- While we aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must ensure proper access to the installation area at the scheduled time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
- If a cancellation occurs after production has started, any deposit or advance payment may not be refundable due to material and labor costs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our company policy.
