Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Dubai Carpentry for your custom furniture, carpentry solutions, and ready-made furniture needs in the UAE. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional services. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 28 days of receiving a ready-made product.

After 28 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be unused and not assembled or installed
  • Be in the original condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration not caused by us

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us and provide:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return or refund
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or cover the return and replacement costs where applicable.

Change of Mind (Ready-Made Products Only)

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Furniture

All custom-made furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, doors, and bespoke carpentry products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Product not matching the approved specifications
  • Installation or workmanship issues caused by our team

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, materials, finishes, and design specifications before production begins.

Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, and natural material appearance are not considered defects.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Late reports may affect eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund consideration.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing or work begins.

If cancellation is requested after production has started, any advance payment may be non-refundable due to material, labor, and production costs already incurred.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
